Territory Manager - Puerto Rico

General Requirements

• Dedication: 40-160 hours/month

• Availability: Start date between between Q4-2013 and Q4-2014.

• Location:
- Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico
- Work mostly from home office
- Use company office for some onsite client meetings

• Travel:
- Onsite client meetings in city
- Occasional domestic travel
- Occasional international travel (North America, Latin America & Caribbean)

Responsibilities

• Sales:
- Generate leads
- Manage assigned leads
- Manage assigned opportunities
- Explain Salesforce.com technology, features and capabilities
- Configure and demo Salesforce.com
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with assigned leads and clients
- Tag-team with sales team as needed
- Attain sales KPIs (responsiveness, follow-up activities, conversion, quotas)

• Clients:
- Manage assigned clients
- Respond to client questions and requests
- Escalate questions, requests and issues as needed
- Design and execute client relationship plans
- Tag-team with delivery and sales team as needed
- Attain client KPIs (responsiveness, follow-up activities)

• Delivery:
- Manage assigned projects to guarantee quality and on-time / on-budget delivery
- Respond to client questions, requests and issues
- Scope, design, configure, build and test with declarative development tools
- Document and train users and system administrators
- Tag-team with delivery team in project delivery
- Attain delivery KPIs (responsiveness, follow-up activities, budget, time, satisfaction)

• Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of enterprise applications, relational databases, web technology, application development and integration
- Agile/Scrum development environment (optional but desirable)
- Understand what can be done with with Salesforce.com technologies, but no development experience: Integration, APIs, VisualForce, Apex classes and triggers, Force.com Eclipse IDE, Data loader (optional but highly desirable)
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator or equivalent work experience (optional but highly desirable)
- Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator or equivalent work experience (optional but highly desirable)
- Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or equivalent work experience (optional but highly desirable)
- Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant or equivalent work experience (optional but highly desirable)
- Salesforce.com Certified Developer or equivalent work experience (optional but highly desirable)

• Experience:
- 2+ years of corporate work
- 2+ years of enterprise software sales
- 2+ years of enterprise software consulting
- 2+ years working with a CRM system
- Salesforce.com functionality, capabilities and development (optional but highly desirable)

• Languages:
- Spanish: Mother tongue
- English: Advanced (fluid is optional but desirable)
