General Requirements
• Dedication: 40-160 hours/month
• Availability: Start date between between Q4-2013 and Q4-2014.
• Location:
- Based in Philadelphia, PA.
- Work mostly from training facilities or client offices.
- Work from home office when delivering virtual courses.
• Travel:
- Commute to training facility or client office near your home.
- 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% domestic travel (agreed on a quarterly basis).
Responsibilities
• Deliver classroom/virtual classes (official Salesforce.com courses)
- Explain Salesforce.com technology, features and capabilities
- Configure and demo Salesforce.com
- Attain delivery KPIs (responsiveness, attendance, performance surveys)

• Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of enterprise applications, relational databases, web technology, application development and integration
- Understand what can be done with with Salesforce.com technologies, but no development experience: Integration, APIs, VisualForce, Apex classes and triggers, Force.com Eclipse IDE, Data loader
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator or equivalent work experience (optional but highly desirable, required to start teaching)
- Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator or equivalent work experience (optional but highly desirable)
- Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or equivalent work experience (optional but highly desirable)
- Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant or equivalent work experience (optional but highly desirable)
- Salesforce.com Certified Developer or equivalent work experience (optional but highly desirable)
• Experience:
- 2+ years of corporate work
- 2+ years of Salesforce.com consulting
- Very good knowledge of Salesforce.com functionality and capabilities
• Languages:
- English: Mother Tongue or Fluent
